RaisFast provides a Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) and headless CMS platform, including content management and application extensibility features. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and safeguard your credentials. All activity under your account is deemed to be performed by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others.
• Distribute malware, launch attacks, or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Interfere with service operation or other users' enjoyment of the service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, display, and process that content to the extent necessary to provide the service. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringing.

5. Paid Services

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules are shown on the purchase page. Unless otherwise stated, amounts exclude applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service if you materially breach these terms.
